Default how much to torque turbo to manifold studs?

I got a new cast go autoworks log type manifold with a t3/t4 turbo. Go autoworks gave me steel studs to attach. Ive heard horror stories about this joint loosening from the heat cycles and vibration. I bought some stage 8 fasteners for this. What is the proper proceadure for installing studs in a exhaust manifold and how high do I torque the nuts down with this kind of setup. Do I just hand tighten the studs to the cast manifold and then torque the stage 8 nuts down? I just don't want to over tight n them because it could stretch the stud correct?

Do you mean grade 8? Do you know what diameter they are?
I would torque a M10 size fastener to approx 40ft-lbs.
