My first time trying to do some work on my Honda Accord LX 2000. I can't find the "plug" for scanning. Please help me. I can't get to the manual, anybody has one? THANKS!

 

It should be under the steering column on the drivers side. I hear some say its near the hood latch. If not there try pulling out the astray at the console. I know its there for the 5th gen. I have been off this forum for quite some time so I am a bit rusty, lol. I am sure someone can verify though.
