Default Integra 92 GS project

I just buy a 92 integra gs and I want to give it a second life cuz she deserve it im gonna post some picture of the car soon, I need some advice of you guy on the forum, here the deal

-frame clean (for a 92)
-the b18a engine is at 230k
-clutch need to be rebuild(never let your drunk friend drive XD)

my questions are:
will it be better to try rebuild the engine? or just swap another one, if so im thinking about the b20(not pricy and easy to instal in the DC2 frame)
will my manual transmission is compatible with the b20 engine?

Ok two things. 1) You can't rebuild a clutch, you can resurface a flywheel if it doesn't have any cracks or if it's hot spots aren't too severe, but if the disc or pressure plate are shot there isn't anything you can do other than to buy new ones. 2) a 92 integra is not a dc2 frame, it's a da9 if it's a 2dr, or a db1 if it's a 4dr.

oh thx for the correction, so I got the db1 frame then. If i did swap a b20 in it will it be better to buy a same transmission and buy stage 2 piece for it or just go with a better one?

If you put a b20 you don't need to change the trans, the ls trans you've got will bolt right up to it. Just buy a new clutch kit for whatever trans you've got

no, just bolt your intake and exhaust manifold to the b20 and you'll be fine
