Asks question....forgets to put specific county in post all depends on where you go.

 

This reader is wondering why the OP just doesn't call the local DOT and ask.

 

a. title stays county without emissions, I'd assume all counties, regardless of which one, follow the same rules of whether or not they hook up to the obd port

2. i would call but everywhere is closed
