i have a garrett 60-1 turbo is it to big for a stock H22 ???? or should i trade with my friends T3/T4

Depends on the power you want to put down. The t3/60-1 is a very popular turbo for making high whp. If you are going to be running 8-10psi only, then get a smaller turbo. If you are going to run 15+, I'd say keep it. It probably won't fully spool until 4500 or 5000rpm though.

 

I think it will spool faster then that on a H22.

My guesstimate is full boost around 4000.

 

im getting a jdm h22 hatch today,

i was told today about that turbo, it would be very cool on the h22, for about 10 psi
but im gonna see if i could lower the compression with a thicker headgasket for 13 psi

yeah i have and H22 in my sol.... im only planning on rinning 7psi since H22 suck for boost with stock internals

 

I have a 60-1 on my 92 civic b20vtec, it's a little laggy,but when it spools it's cya.start to spool at 3500 full boost at 4000
