i have a 1994 honda civic sedan and when i turn the turn signal on all signals blink i replaced the turn signal switch and the turn signal relay i replaced all fuses and now i can figure out wat eles to do i cant seem to find a prob all wires and everything else is good and all hooked up right so can someone tell me wat to do next and where to look for the problem

 

Might be a problem with the hazard lights switch or wires. Inspect them after prying the switch out of the dash. Any wires cut and spliced? Post pictures.
