Eibach Pro kit springs vs Sportline springs
I bought a set of the Sport line spring for my 95 LS. I'm understanding tht this may not work well on my car due to the fact it will sit too low for daily driving. I'm using the Koni sport struts & setting up my car for SCCA Solo here in Houston & events @ TWS. Should exchange my Sport line springs for the Pro kit?
hmm I don't know about too low.. I guess its personal preference... I think the drop is perfect.. some say its too low.. then theres some w/ the Eibach Pro-kit who think its not dropped enough... I have my Koni Yellows on the stock spring perches and I like the drop... I can get in and out of my driveway and over speed bumps w/ no/minimal scrapage and as long as I'm careful I can drive around town (even w/ the jacked up streets in LA)...
I've daily driven this setup for 5+ years... I've had my springs for 5+ years.. and got the Koni Yellows about 3 years ago (was in college.. couldn't get them both at the same time
)...

keep the sportlines ... there isnt much difference between the two ... .4" more drop .. so less than half an inch... i love my pro springs .... but on occasion .. i scrapped my bigmouth front a tiny bit ... and i scrapped my SS header 1 time ... i have a complete body kit .. and the body is even closer to the ground than stock .... and it could still take a tiny bit more of a drop .. if i was careful ... .
bottom line is .. you got good quality springs now ... keep them
