Hey im new to this page, i joined last week because im having problems with the trans... It has a manual gsr trans, about a month ago i step on the gas and when i shifted to second the car stubled and the shift got stiff and hard to move luckily i was only a block away from home but when i got there i find out the car was leaking the transmission fluid... The car still drives it shifts and reverses so im just wondering if i blew the trans? Can the fluid leak through the shift linkage?

 

No but low tranny fluid will make the gears "stick" I had a bad washer on my drain bolt and lost all my new Honda MTF in one trip . did the same thing you're discribing
