Have a 89 crx si and the cv axle is too short, ive tried 3 different ones from various auto parts stores, all the same result.... Will go into tranny but will not reach the hub... Anyone had this problem before, or know how to solve?

 

Just a shot in the dark, are you putting a passenger side axle into the driver side of the car?

 

Are you buying reman axles?
If so try a new axle not a reman

 

No its for the correct side, and ive tried both new and reman neither fit
