Default Hondata Help!! Weird issue...

Hey All,

I need some help, Been running an S300 for 2 years & I've never had a problem with it, until I returned to my storage garage after the Winter.

First: I noticed that I couldn't keep it running, it'd fall on its face & die, had the CEL on & so forth......
Brought my laptop back, Reloaded my Map to it. Still wouldn't stay running, CEL on but no DTC's were stored. I checked the map & its was all sorts of messed up. I kept reloading it & still the screwed up map is there.

Funny thing is, Then I hook my laptop up to my buddies H22 Accord with an S300, & his map pulls right up. Mine on the other hand is totally off the charts messed up.

you probably have a clogged injector or fuel line obstruction. or you may have a corroded ground connection, be sure to check and clean them all, especially the one on the thermostat.

You might wanna try going to your option window in the s300 menu, there you'll see the pull down with the correct map table that's appropriate for your car, click on that, then you "should" see your fuel table as it was.

So u believe this is a hondata issue?

Bad gas, clogged filter or dirty tank.... check all that, get fuel stabilizer if u must. I would empty or take the feed off rail with koeo and inspect fuel quality.

if the fuel maps look bazerk, sometimes when you download your tune from your ECU it messes up the maps. sounds like that's what had happened. do you have a copy of your tune somewhere else?
