I just bought a used custom manifold. I was wondering what's the average cost of a downpipe?

I also have another option of buying a used drag manifold w/ downpipe for a decent price. That way I don't have to wonder if a certain downpipe would work or not with the setup.

What do you guys think? Thanks.

 

i got mine for around 230.

 

paid 130 for my custom dp

 

flanges 20, Flex Pipe 50, Pipe 20 did it my self for a total cost of 90

 

depends on how big you need it. stainless, etc. 2.5 or 3 inches.

what type of bends you need. a lot harder to do it on an h22a accord or prelude then say a b series.

also, depends on where you're located. your region has set prices. $150 across the country from you can translate into $300.

 

If I get a 2.5" dp, would it matter if the exhaust is 3" or 2.5"? Thanks.

$90 at the local muffler shop... plan on bringing your own flange though.

 

It would be nice if I know someone that welds well.

 

Depends if you use mild steel or stainless. I used 3" aluminized steel U bends and ceramic coated it so it wouldn't rust. Cost me 35 bucks. It's good to have access to a machine shop and a good welder.
