Default EG Hatch ; none of the rear lights work

I'm having an odd problem with my rear lights. They don't work , none of them. Brake, Daytime/Runner , and reverse. Odd thing is that my headlights/corner lights work , low and high beam and dash dimmer lighting even works. What can be the problem? I checked fuse 19 thoroughly, only thing I'm guessing it can be is wiring, what wires under the dash have to associate with rear/tail lights. Brake switch may be bad but it can't stop the daytime lights from coming on correct? Any help appreciated, thanks.

Is the brake pedal supposed to press on the black button on the switch when depressed?
