Im having some annoying problems with my DD and need some real answers and help. I have a 1991 CRX HF with a D16Y7 swapped in. I bought it with the swap and it still has original OBD0 everything and it has a low temp thermostat. Some idiot did the swap but it was cheap, I am now getting around 25-31mpg horrible I know. I have done research and cant really wrap my head around a OBD0-OBD1 swap so I just need a Parts list of what I need for the swap and some basic advice. My cly sensor went out and it miss fires BAD so I need help fast. Thank you.

 

Instead of looking at other options why don't you look at the most obvious problems which is needing to do a tune up and maintenance?

I know a guy who buys parts off me and he was going to do a complete swap because his motor didn't work. Turns out the screw on his distributor rotor came off and he wasn't getting proper spark. Spending $1000 for a $10 part does not make any sense.
