Didn't think the junkyard would have one, but they did! I remember seeing a diy on another accord forum..can't seem to find it though. I was wondering if anyone here has ever done this and possibly give me some advice. I remember seeing having to cut part of it out to make it fit on a 97. Thanks!

what year accord? diy i have a 90 accord bumper with no ex lip. all you need are bolts nuts and washers to install it

I'm sure he means a 94/95 front lip that was available on all trim Accords in that year. You trim the middle raised section and bolt it into a 96/97 bumper.
