Default rocker panel replacement choices need help

Hey guys. Not to familiar with this. I want to replace my rocker panels. But which part do you think is a better buy?

Part number # 1 or 5

OR

which part do you think will fit better and over all quality? (Ex. like stronger, durability, etc.)

if you have the money go for the honda oem ones in first link,

fits perfect because they were made by honda in the machine they made the ones that are already on the car

#1 or #6 can't see that diagram too well

#1 is right side and #5 is left side rocker panel
