I posted a WTB thread looking for GSR, CTR, or ITR cams with my name and number to contact me.

Matt Janke contacted me (unknown user name) and said he has a set of mint B16b cams out of a crate motor with 57k miles he would sell me for $250 plus pp fees

He sent me a pic of the ends for identification and they looked correct so I sent the money

Cams got here today and they are not the cams in the pic, in fact they appear to be stock B16a cams and the marking are completely different.

I filed through paypal against him and below I will post the entire conversation between him and I.

If any mods can find out his user name and info I would greatly appreciate it.

damm that sucks dude i got ripped for $80 a month ago. maybe oyu can try and go threw paypal or somthing but doubt ther will do anything because he has a tracking number.

 

paypal is already been involved. I shipped the cams back to him and once they get there I will receive a full refund from paypal.

The seller said that the cams I received were his blox cams and his brother shipped me the wrong ones, but who knows.

I just hope that I get my money back tomorrow when they are delivered

 

those dont look like aftermarket cams. look like some old janky b16 cams. he may try to deny the package to avoid havin the pay the money back.

 

Even if he denies it it will be in the buyer's favor for that reason alone. As long as the buyer have tracking on the cams he will get his money back.

 

This is what I'm hoping for, paypal has always treated me well.

It just sucks because I'm out 22 bucks for return shipping and about 3 weeks of wasted time with this whole ordeal
