I have been looking around and have noticed two OEM accessories that don't seem to be too popular. I understand that both are purely aesthetic and most ITR owners are more interested in performance.
1) The oem optional underbody kit
2) The driving light kit
Is there a reason/explanation?

There was a time when the oem body kit was popular and sought after (all 98-01 integras) and has died down now with trends changing. I cant speak for the driving light kit.
For the record I have both the oem kit and the fog light.

Honestly, I never liked the OEM underbody kit on the ITR. It looked too "tacked on" and took away from the clean body lines of the car.
Now, the driving lights was one of the first things I got. Not too sure why they weren't too popular.

I'm assuming the fog light kit? I've been looking for a genuine Acura fog light kit for 94-97 Integras. I'm not a fan of the OEM-style in terms of wiring and switch quality.
I recalled when Honda lower there dealer net price about a good 30-40% to get rid of them at the warehouses! And still had a hard time moving them!

Don't confuse driving lights with fog lights. Without getting technical....Fog lights have a dull white/yellowish tint to them. Driving lights do not. If in doubt look at some of the newer cars. The fog lights do not match the headlights in color. The headlights are typically around 4100-4300k and the fog lights are almost dingy like they need cleaning.
Back on topic though.... the OEM floor mats and trunk mat are seeing a double rainbow.

Speaker of OEM Accessories, does anyone have the optional CF shift **** for sale?
I always thought fog lights were shorter, wider beam patterns and driving lights were narrower beam patterns regardless of color due to varying laws in different markets regarding light color.
As for some new cars the fog/driving/auxiliary lights use halogen bulbs while the headlights are xenon arc/HID.
And to add to the confusion are LED headlights and auxiliary lights.
Also, is the driving light kit a USDM option?

Honda screw up one time when I ordered (1) ITR bra and ended up getting like 6 of them. I called them back to tell them the mix up and they didn't really care for it! lol

The Integra underbody kit, many of us felt, just made the car look heavy.

Well, if you want them for looks, that's up to you.
Just know that it is mostly for looks.
They don't put out much light, and you can tell from the picture that they're not mounted where fog lights ought to be mounted.
If you really want to increase illumination, a carefully chosen, proper low beam HID kit will give you a much bigger improvement.

I love it when folks think they have some uber-rare accessory or part, yet said part is still available and the same price (or cheaper) from the dealer.
I see it all the time with OEM ITR exhausts and mufflers.
Lest we forget though--ITR parts are more than their weight in gold to hatchcraps!
