Default prelude intake maniflld flapper valves

I have a 93 Honda prelude so, h23a1. I need to know the position the flapper valves are open in and closed. Does anyone have one of these they can check quick. Fully clockwise open or closed or counterclockwise ? Thanks a million!!!!!

Not H23A but close enough:

Hope that resolves it for you. Fully pressed clockwise is closed.

They are called IAB's which contain butterfly valves FYI.
