Default 94 Civic Dx 13'' rims to 14'' rims?

I have a 1994 Honda Civic DX 4 door. I'm wanting to put 14'' rims on it. They are currently 13''. Would I be able to do this without modding the car?

Yes. You will also need new tires to fit the new rims.

185/65R14 usually has more options from different mfrs. I recommend Nokians for tires.
