I know I should have searched around on forums before I ask this but I don't know any of the components or much about air conditioning. I checked my Freon pressure with the a/c off but the fan on high and it was low so I filled it to the right amount. When I turned the A/c on it still was warm. With the A/C on I checked the pressure but it wouldn't work, wouldn't even move. I realized when the a/c is off I can get pressure, but when it is on, it doesn't. When I press the A/C button I can hear something turn on but I'm not sure if it is the compressor or not, my engine also revs a small bit higher. I am fresh out of high school waiting till fall to start school for auto mechanics and want to fix it myself if I can figure out what is wrong.
