Icon2 car wont idle right

Ok so im having idling problems after i capped this vacuum port located on the back an front of the intake the car was tuned with them uncapped. but i thought i was loosing power lol so i capped them an when i did i noticed my cam gears were spinning alot slower an almost stalling the car out. So i turned up the idle a bit an now when i hit the gas the RPM'S fall alot lower anuff to where the car almost shuts off then they climb back up.the cars idle is at 900 i think but when i pump the brakes they start to climb up alot higher.. so my question is should i just unplug them? With it unplugged wouldn't that be a boost leak?

When we started up my car for the first time, we had to create a vacuum leak to make it idle. We changed the IACV, tested continuity, and tested voltage. I took out the ECU and followed the traced in the ECU making sure the solder joints were good. It ended up being a bad ECU. You're not getting a CEL?

Adjust the iacv duty rate, or adjust the idle screw, or the TB plate.
Those ports shouldnt be left open. leave them capped and fix the problem.
