constant power problem?

Default constant power problem?

what could cause my car to have constant power? i have have it completely turned off and turn the ac/heat on and u can hear it turn on. its a del sol. so could water have gotten in somewhere and fried something?? the guy before me has something wired up in the iginition. was a auto now a manual. he has a wire running from 1 wire to another making them connect and if i remove it itll crank up and cut right back off.

You gotta explain this more clearly, its hard to understand the exact issue youre having. In any case, it sounds like you have a lot of wiring issues in the harness. Start by removing and cleaning all your grounds and replacing any that are bad.
