Default 1990 Honda Accord Brake Lights Don't Turn On

Hi, my 1990 Honda Accord LX brake lights don't turn on. All three don't light. The horn works, and the two rear running lights that are part of the same bulb work fine. I have checked fuses and all seem fine. When I disconnect the brake switch connector and test the voltage between the two brake terminals (green/white and white/yellow), it measures 12 volts. When I short the two terminals together, the lights still don't turn on (which indicates the switch is not at fault). All other lights work fine. This is a confusing one for me. Do you have any ideas what it could be?
Thanks!

With the connector shorted or the pedal depressed to turn the lights on have you checked for voltage at the brake light circuit in the rear harness/trunk?

Same problem try jiggling the connector mounted above the turn signal
