Default waves in body panels

I was wondering how to get ride of the waves. Is there anyway to spray a couple thick coats of primer and sand it down from there? There is no way I could cover all the waves with body filler. I'm about to repaint my Integra and I was wondering whats the best approach to try to hide the waves.

If the whole panel is like that block it out with a long board 80-150 grit. Then prime.

if the waves arent too bad, high build primer and block it out until its straight. Spray a guide coat before sanding, itll tell you where the low spots are. block it until the guide coat fades away, but dont bring it down too far. If you have to, add another coat of high build to build up the surface.
