Default off timing by a tooth

i'm having a real funny idle cold idles are a between 200-800 after it warms up 800-1100, i'm not running bad or anything no cel's running pretty lean though. just a stock z6 with y8 IM, if i'm in time what could be causeing this? i've adjusted my idle speed a couple of times with no success.

Edit:
i changed my spark plugs, changed fuel filter, cleaned iacv, changed oil.

Still need to state the vehicle your talking about otherwise its up in the air. Check your timing, clean Iacv, bleed coolant system for any air in the system, and adjust idle screw. Be a good start. If you've done any of these then cross them off and try the next one.

Have you checked your FICV (Fast Idle Control Valve)? I've had a buddy do something similar to what your stating and that's what it ended up being after doing just about everything else. ALSO.... Check your timing.
