The VTEC in my '93 'Lude seems to be lacking a bit. It should hit VTEC at 5500 (?) RPM, but besides a minimal sound difference, there's nothing in terms of performance. Car is stock with miscellaneous OEM parts.

(Not actually my video). Is this normal or is something up? (Solenoid maybe?) It runs perfectly fine otherwise, except a high idle upon startup.
