Smoged on 4/24/13.

Looking to sell my 99 Civic sedan. 2 prior owners before I bought it. I have the carfax and it was stolen from the first owner so it does hold a salvage title. All VIN # match on all doors, quarter panels, bumpers, and trunk. The hood does not have a VIN because I replaced it when I had it painted back in August. I bought this car bone stock and have done everything to this car over the past 2 1/2 years. It has never been raced (obviously since its an automatic!! lol). MOTOR:
105,*** miles on the motor (The 2nd owner had it replaced. I have receipts in hand)
156,*** miles on the chassis
K&N washable filter.
Apexi WS2 Exhaust (Just the can, not the full cat-back)
Engine has had full synthetic oil ever since i bought it. Replaced every 3k-5k miles. (I have everything written down in the service book of all maintenance done)
Engine runs perfect and is great on gas.
AC blows ice cold. Heater works perfect as well
Transmission is automatic. I had it flushed when i bought the car for peace and mind. I used royal purple.

Interior is all stock (In the pics you will see Recaro's. It will come with stock seats)

SUSPENSION
$600 - Function & Form Type 1 adjustable coilovers.
$120 - DME front upper control arms (Adjustable -5 to +5) I will include stock as well
$60 - Blox rear camber kit (Adjustable -6 to +6) I will include stock as well
$30 - Rear lower strut bar

WHEELS
$750 - BBS RS Rep wheels
16x9 all around
Offset +20
$300 Tires are 205/40/16. Just bought in February

EXTERIOR
$200 - Tint - 50% whole windshield, 30% front doors, 5% rear doors and rear window
$100 - OEM mud guards
$200 - OEM window visors
$70 - Rear window visor
$25 - CTR style grill
$40 - Mugen replica front lip
$100 - Black housing headlights
$100 - Red/Clear Depo tailights
$120 - All fenders have been rolled and slightly pulled. No damage at all to tires because of this.
Pinch welds inside the front fenders have been flattened out.
$1800 - Fresh paint job August of 2012. All door jams, trunk, and hood done as well
$150 - Car has a Viper alarm as well

THE BAD
one fender has a small dent. (I was running a 0 offset wheel and the tire caught the fender)
the rear driver side door will not open. The pin to the latch has fallen off. Its an easy fix, I just havent had the time to do it.
front lip is chipped from being low (Thats the reason i never bought a real Mugen lip)


So there it is. Over 4 grand dumped into this bad boy during the past 2 years. If you dont like the price, hit the back button and dont waste my time. I work alot and have little time to show the car. PLEASE, ONLY PEOPLE WITH CASH READY TO BUY!!
