Where is my WCF DVD that i paid for in January ? Do i need to contact PayPal for a refund or what ?

They were supposed to start shipping on January 21st so you said on Facebook...

Yea, the email they provided on The Paypal receipt does not work either.

 

I ordered my DVD in December & have had the same issues as you with communication.
Emailed & posted on nyce1s fb wall politely asking what was happening, they deleted my post.

Last week I had an email telling me it should be with me in 3 - 4 wks, so hopefully that's the case & I can enjoy watching the wcf coverage

I read on YB he had some problems due to weather not sure if that's the same DVD we're talking about though, but I'm sure he"ll get on here and explain the situation.

Jae just contacted me, they had issues and had to re-edit the 2nd disc.

So all is well.

 

What's up with the DVD paid for mine back in December and still no DVD and can't get my money back!!!! I feel that these guys just got over on everyone!!!!

 

Ahhh well i'm glad i'm not the only one with this problem. My wife ordered 3 dvds back in December still haven't received them, and i've reached out through FB,HT, the phone #'s that i could find and no response except from Julian saying they were still working on editing WCF 2K12 but the other two video's i ordered should have shipped. One response through FB asking what address it was being shipped to. Total BS

Shady scammers no doubt. Even if there were things still being edited you would think that they'd notify you of that but NOPE. Shittty service or a complete lack of is a sign.

 

Nyce1s are definitely not shady scammers. These guys have been traveling to cover sport compact events out of their own pockets for years and yalls want to rip them for a $20 DVD. **** happens, you will get your DVD eventually and it will be top notch when it does arrives.

I dont care if he carved the dvd out of his own bone. If you fail to hold up your end of the bargain, IE treat customers with respect and communication, no one would have an issue. They are making money, I dont buy this " woe is me" garbage. People pay for products and are left holding their D**K for MONTHS. If they gave a sh*t , they would have a dedicated set of employees to handle the orders. I bet my left arm people have never had their dvds shipped out and have been screwed out of their money.

Where in the world did you go to school? And nobody is ripping them for a $20 DVD, apparently they have been ripping people off in the amount of $20.00 claiming they're selling you a DVD, big difference but I don't think you're all that bright.

 

Let's say they got a thousand preorders at 20 dollars a pop. You can do the math and you think there the victims.

Unfortunately for me this has not been the easiest year yet. Being called a scammer is a bit ridiculous and a statement which I would not respond to.

I admit that the DVD is taking WAY longer than I wanted to. However, with originally losing some footage due to 2 Hard Drive failures, losing everything in Hurricane Sandy and then putting together our most hectic schedule to date it's been rough. I will not reply with angry comments. But to the guy who said something about a thousand pre-orders you are absolutely insane. LOL. If you look clearly I slowed down and basically stopped the promotion of the DVD because I did not want too many pre-orders while it was being worked on. We do not even have 50 pre-orders for the DVD to be honest. We could've pushed it and had alot more. But it was my conscious decision to not promote it further after having such a delayed production time.

Criticism is key in our industry and I am glad that there are still people who have opinions on H-T. Facts are facts and let it be known that the world cup DVD trailer will be released within the next few weeks. That will be done and at the same time the DVD will be near completion. As stated prior I am re-editing the 2nd disc. I have been doing so since around April. However, I did also have to leave the country for 13 days as we were booked for a film project in the caribbean. I take things seriously with this I and don't put together a B.S. edit. Some say that I put too much time and effort into some of these videos but that's because it's my work and I think each video has to be an expression of the person which we are featuring. The World Cup DVD is no different. It is an event which requires the proper representation.

Thanks to everyone for their patience and I look forward to shipping our World Cup Finals DVD project within the coming weeks. I'll be back on here within the next week to put out the official release date. Thanks again
