Default rdx injectors on b series! need help!

Hey guys I got some rdx injectors n I want to put them into my b series got all the clips n hats, the thing I need help on is when I put the hats on the injectors do I shave down the little plastic hook at the top so the hat sits flush/straight? I know I probably do have to but wanted to see if anyone done it themselves and can give me some feed back if it leak or works fine thanks! Any info helps!

I did not shave the L bracket off, it seemed to sit and seal fine. I dont see why you couldn't, but on my personal set i did not.
I had these while i was testing the OBX ITBS and the OBX fuel rail cleared fine, I'll be running a sk2 comp fuel rail and i believe it will clear that fine too.

Yes, Normally you will want to trim off the plastic L Bracket.

There's no need to trim the hooks off. You might have to re shim your fuel rail since the rdx injectors may cause a height difference using the "hats". Btw the hats are un necessary if you have even the slightest mechanical aptitude and some drill bits. I refused to buy the hats and drilled the rail to fit the 14mm injector top.

x2 I found a drill bit that fit in the "hats" and dilled my rail. my rdx injectors leaked with the hooks on. without it the injector fits a little more snug.

Just received my injectors yesterday and i was wondering if everyone was using the clips that come with the adapters? Mine doesn't fit around the injector evenly.

Figured that one out quick, the injector is missing the o-ring. SMH
