Icon2 Could seafoam ruin my relatively new O2 sensor?

My car is due for a CA STAR smog check and I want to seafoam it before going. I have a relatively new Denso O2 sensor in less than 4000 miles. Would seafoaming ruin my O2 sensor? I am putting in my good old plugs and wires to do the seafoam then put my new Denso plugs and wires back in after.

Thanks.

I would seriously doubt it, but you could just pull the oxygen sensor and connector just to be on the safe side.

Could the car run without the O2 sensor? Would the smoke from the seafoam comes out of there as an exhaust leak? I still have the old O2 sensor but that's kinda of a hassle.
Thanks.

One time. I wouldnt worry about it at all. I've used the stuff quite a lot on the farm.

I was just saying to remove it just to run the test then put it back in.
