I'm putting a b series in my 92vx and on the passenger side where the harness come out of the firewall (under the battery) there are the normal 3 plugs that connect to the motor and there is an extra plug that I have no idea what it's for. I took the motor out of my 94 ex coupe and that doesn't have one. Anyone know what this plug is for?

 

It is not used from what I remember doing my gsr swap into my vx

 

It's for the 5-wire O2 sensor. Not used on a swap.

 

Ok thanks guys, I've never seen that before. Now one more question, the black canister is supposed to have a line running to the throttle body and a line running to the evap valve on the intake manifold. I have skunk2 throttle body so I don't have a spot for that hose and I don't have a evap valve. Can I just bypass the valve and run the line to the intake manifold?

 

This sounds like a separate issue. Make a new post --- but before you do that, do a search.
