My GSR is due for a timing belt and I figure while I'm in there I might as well put cams in haha. I was thinking something like a 270° cam. The engine is basically stock. What size fuel injector would be a good choice to match? Also will I have to upgrade valve springs with a cam that aggressive?

Why that cam? Keep the stock injectors.
What are you going to tune this with? You can't just drop in power adders and expect the ECU to keep up.

 

I picked that cam mostly from my experience with Ford small blocks. I'd use Hondata s300

 

A mild lift with good duration cam will work well on stock motors..
