Need help Identifying a block that's in my crx
I have a crx that has a b18b1 and with a hacked up wire harness with a ys1 cable tranny. Now if u guys can help me I'd appreciate it. So I'm trying to put it together but I'm not sure what's obd 0 or obd 1 and what I need to do to get running smoothly.
So far to find out I have.
.
The head was made in 1992 which can b obd0 or obd 1.
Block sais b18b1 which is 1990-1993 . But the block does have a breather canister and knock sensor.
What else should I do to find out what exactly I'm working with ?...... We'd ur help today I'm gonna take off the gamble cover and identify the cams cuz maybe that'll help out
But if anyone has can steer me the right way on what do to to find out what I'm working with and also what to do with engine harness and also would a p28 work alright with an ls ? It's a jumper harness obd0 to obd 1 ecu. What u guys think I should do ?

b18a1 is the earlier model, b18b1 is the later model.
Nothing you're talking about matters with OBD0 vs OBD1.
Go look at your ecu. That'll tell you if it's OBD0 vs OBD1

Very bottom is OBD0, just above that is OBD1. The top two are OBD2a and 2b, so ignore them
and without a tune, no a p28 will not work alright, as in stock form, it's for a single cam vtec engine. Not a dual cam non-vtec engine.
