Default Need help asap fuses blowing

So i turned my 97 civic lx on a few weeks ago and my tranny to body ground sparked. After that happened i didnt have any turn signals no hazard lights and no dash or tail lights! I just changed all the fuses and it still is doing the same thing! Someone is coming to pick the car up today so i need this fixed does anyone have s clue of what i should do or look for. Ive looked verywhere for wires showing touching etc but nothing!

This happened when WHAT was done to the car? You have to look for a short. Plain and simple.

Have you looked at the wiring for your reverse light, one of the wires on mine was making contact with the ground and blowing a fuse which had the same effects as yours.
