Can someone tell me what indicator light on the cluster flashes with the beep when you start your car or put it in the "on" position? I have a 89 civic std with no tach so I'm not sure if it would be different for other models. It's a dumb Question but I'm sure you guys can help me out. Thanks in advance

 

with or without a tach all the same lights flash.

 

Ok, Is there more than one light that should flash? If so which ones? I'm trying to wire up a gsr cluster and the dummy lights all light up on the on position but for some reason the oil light flashes with the beeping noise. I think I may have hooked it up to the wrong wire. so if anyone could help it would be great

 

the battery,check engine and oil light should light up for like two seconds and then turn off.

 

You hooked that up to the wrong wire. It should be your seat belt light that flashes
