I am trying to purchase replacement bolts for the pressure plate of a 95 Honda Prelude.

I found bolts at McMaster Carr that have equivalent tensile strength etc.

Class 10.9

Anyway, I do not know how long the bolts are because I have yet to take the transmission out (i know a couple snapped off because the previous owner bought cheap bolts).

Anyone have any idea? I hope to have the parts by today and knock this out tomorrow (new clutch installation).

Why not just get them from Honda, should be readily available, and approx 5 dollars each, 4.10 each on majestic honda when I just looked.

 

+1. go to your local honda dealer and get them! no questioning if you got the right or wrong ones.
