Mugen intake on an ABS Type R

So I'm trying to get an Mugen intake for my R.. But on some old mugen intake brochure, I read that it can't be installed with ABS module installed..is this true? Anyone know?

AC lines need to be slightly repositioned, that's it

Had the Mugen with ABS no problems. Just had to nudge the A/C lines out of the way. Lot easier without A/C.

Thanks all for the replies, I don't know why that brochure said the airbox won't fit..
