Default D16z6 Help

I recently bought a 91 CRX Si with a D16z6 head has three stripped bolts, clutch is slipping horribly bad (have a new clutch not installed yet) and a exhaust header bolt is also busted off in the head.

I'm trying to do this will the least amount of money.

Would it be best to buy a used CRX Si Engine with all the components in decent shape and go from there.

I have a friend who would charge 300 to install the Clutch an another 300 to install another head, gasket, timing belt, alternator belt etc.

What would you do?

Would wiring back to Stock be any trouble if i was able to get the ECU from the stock Si harness etc.

Thank you in advance for any help. See pictures also

I know I wouldn't pay 600 for that work to be done, if it was running with the z6 head I would get another z6 instead of going back to stock, from the pics it looks like most of the damaged parts are replaceable by themselves if you find someone with a head to part out

I'd just go get a new head Y8 or another z6 they're like 150$. takes maybe 2 hours(not even) to pull the old head then put the new one one.

yeah just get a new head. it would be the cheapest and it should be easy enough for you to install. i'd say try and install the clutch yourself as well. just search the forum if you're unsure. save your money for more important stuff on the car. might as well learn to work on it at some point if you're worried about money
