Grinding Sounds

When ever i drive normal...shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear it grinds... I bled my clutch and still...same thing..... HELP! and another thing??? HOW DO I PASS SMOG!!!!!

I doubt it because it's only from 2nd to 3rd gear...... and if i'm on nutetral going to 3rd... its fine..... could it have something to do with the clutch???

How about going from 2nd into 4th?
