Anyone seen this show on Speed TV? Its basically Import vs American. I just downloaded a couple of episodes and there have been 3 S2000s on.

First S2k, went up against a 2010 Camaro with 800+hp.

Second S2K was Supercharged and it that made it past 2 rounds, but the other challenger had a .2 sec faster lap time.

Third S2k made it to round 3, but it was fairly stock and it lost to a 605hp/560tq 1970 Camaro. Sad part was, the S2k still almost won. The Camaro had to outpower it on the last straight to win.

Only 2 imports have won. A v6 Twin turbo Audi that beat the 2nd S2k's laptime barely and a 2010 Nissan GTR. Decent show, worth 30min of my week.

 

Im downloading episodes 1-8 as i type. I seen promo ad and looks like a way for some built muscle guys to beat up on some semi stock imports. I have 10 minutes until the first episode is downloaded. Il comment back after Ive watched a few!

 

This is going to be a show i love to hate but cant stop watching... Ive watched the first 3 episodes now and unless you have 600+WHP your not going to even contend against the final cars. Hell their regular muscle cars in the beginning at least all have 4-500WHP.

This is just a bunch of fully built to the tilt big blocks beating up on semi stock imports for the most part. I will watch the rest of the shows, just want to see some more imports kicking ***! Damn rednecks are annoying but funny lol, Id love to see import vs muscle in stock form on a track!

Haha I did love when that GTR came in and destroyed them haha. Also I've noticed that the one yellow mustang never wins lol. And when the RX-7 with the LSx motor came in and smoked them and they kicked him off haha because he had a LS in his car. I think it is a pretty good show, atleast it is funny haha.

 

That yellow mustang i guess was built and tuned by Ford's Shelby crew at their shop. Still blows haha. When they started the race the mustang driver thought he was going to pull away on the straits like every other time. He stuffed the throttle and nothing happened other then the GTR took off like he was standing still!

 

there was a eg hatch on there too with a boosted k20. but he blew the motor in the 2nd round. but he was kicking all the domestics asses.

 

It was a completely stock K20 that he threw a turbo on and then railed on it. Not really surprised it blew, but it was fast as hell while it was running. Too bad it didn't last 3 more laps.

Im sure part of it is staged. Most of the spin outs probably, but if you watch closely you can see the import drivers that are really trying. Then you have dipshits like the 18 year old in the Lotus Exige saying that 10k "Would Change his life". STFU poser.
