Hey guys, I am going to turbo my type s h22a next week on 6 psi. I was just wondering if the 11:1 compression ratio is safe to turbo with? I currently have 215 whp before I boost it...the motor only has about 37xxx miles on it.

 

6psi, doesn't mean anything my friend. 6psi on my motor is different on yours, focus on how much whp you can achieve @6psi. Do a compression test and leak down if your numbers are good then you'll be ok.

 

What turbo? Anything is safe as long as its tuned accordingly.
