Yeah it is, you can get it from http://www.extremedimensions.com, it's called the mugen Flared kit.

at that site it says that it's a two piece, so it looks to me like it's just a lip. i don't suppose you could just find that lip by itself anywhere huh

yea looks like the cyber bumper to me. they came from austrailia i believe.

no its one piece, the kit is like 1000 from extreme, the geunine adm kit form austraillia is like 4k shipped my friend has it its hot but loot
