So I got my new demon/Neptune combo in and running. I hooked up my Mac solenoid, which was hooked up on previous ecu, and it clicks from 1-100 and doesn't at zero. Went and did a little pull and its holding waste gate closed the whole time no matter what I change duty cycle to. It's just spiking and I have to let off. Have tried all kind of different settings, rewired solenoid, checked hoses, etc. it just spikes. I'm stuck as to where to go next?

 

Also spring pressure is 6lbs all the way to redline if solenoid has no power going to it.
