Alright so I just got new headers and a catback for my 99 civic dx, soon as we put em in it started sputtering, we thought it was because the 2nd o2 sensor was in an awkward spot facing downwards only a few inches off the ground. When we took the o2 out to relocate it it was actually a little ripped so we just plugged the hole til Ican get a new one. It sputters and loses power still, mainly at low rpms, and were thinking its because the o2 sensor still so I'm gonna get a new one and relocate it closer to the headers and not have it just dangling, I'm HOPING that's the problem since its an easy fix.. but if its not what could the problem be?
