As stated in the subject, I have a 91 civic hatch (DX) with a 95 B18c1. I converted everything to OBD1 about 5 years ago. I drove it for maybe 3 months, during that time VTEC never engaged (prior to converting to OBD1 VTEC worked fine), I moved shortly after and the car has set ever since. I just recently transported the car to where I'm living now and have started to work on it again. I changed the gas, oil and filter, plugs, and put injector cleaner in the tank.

Here is part 1 of 3 to my question:
Any other suggestions on what should be checked or replaced on it after sitting for almost 5 years, outside?

Part 2:
It does turn over and start but stalls out shortly afterward. If I let it idle it will run for about 1 min then stall. If I give it gas then it will stall immediately. From what I can tell the pump is fine, however there is a gas leak that I am in the process of fixing. I have not checked the dizzy, IAC or plug wires yet.

Part 3:
Being that it has been so long since I've thought of my or worked on my car, I've either misplaced or forgotten my conversion resources. If someone would be so kind as to provide a checklist or a link to a checklist for an OBD1 conversion, it would be greatly appreciated.
