Default integra brake swap

would any of you guys reccomend swapping my 99 civic's rear drums with a 93 integra rear discs? Am I going to see a big difference, or should I just go with aftermarket frot discs and high performance pads? thanx for the help

The only benefit is ease of maintainance. The rear brakes don't do much anyway. That's why rear drums work just fine. It looks good too.

To be honest, I really didn't feel that much of a difference with just rear discs. Integra fronts on the other hand, I did.

Just go with new front rotors + pads. Powerslot rotors with Hawk pads work nicely. You'll also want to bleed the system out and refill with DOT 4 synthetic fluid too.

I don't think the rear conversion is worth it. I found that the rear discs actually give you less stopping power than rear drums (when you pull the ebrake)

The only reason to do a rear disc conv is maintenance and looks, otherwise I think it's a waste of time and money.
