AEM brake pads
anybody have any experience with these? i just ordered a set just for the hell of it and for buttonwillow on nov 3. i know they're pretty much oem jdm nissin pads but they're fairly inexpensive.
They're a little bit better than OEM pads - but you'll definitely cook 'em on the track.
Good autocross and street pads though, very low dust and pretty good initial bite with even better hot bite(hot for street that is).

AEMs are a decent cheap pad, but they vaporize at the track...didn't fade noticably to their credit (they were in the rear), but man did they get skinny in a quick.
Get Axxis Ultimates from Carbotech for a good street/autoX compound, and some dedicated track pads for the front at least if you're gonna do any HPDEs.
Aleph, whose angry pads squeak like hell (and I wouldn't have it any other way)
