im boosting my here shortly (99 civic with y7), i already have the ex tranny in it, and i figured when i boost it ill upgrade the clutch. ive heard good thigns and read positive reviews on competition stage 2 clutches, so ill try them out. my question is about the flywheel. while i can get the stock one resurfaced, should i opt for the lightened flywheel? ive read that they help get rpms quicker but ive never drove a vehicle with a lightened flywheel. any input will help. also any suggestions about my clutch decision will be appreciated too. thanks.
