Charging system
1996 Honda Civic DX. new battery,and alternator. Start engine, the regulator doesn't kick in until you rev up the RPM's. at this point the speedometer jumps all over and the automatic trams shifts erratically. This problem existed before the parts exchange. The old parts tested bad.
