(HELP)Honda Pilot 2006 Flashing D + VSA lights problem ??
Good day everybody,
I have a problem with my Honda pilot 2006 transmission.
The problem is that after driving the car and when reaching the 4th shifting, the D lamp starts flashing.
Also, at the same time the orange VSA lights came on, like this picture
note: this is not from my car, this is just an example

The car is not shifting to the 4th gear anymore!
I had it checked in a local workshop and the alarm was this
(Shifting Solenoid B Stuck)
The workshop left me with two solutions, and they are:
1) Overall the whole gearbox which is a very big job due to that this shifting solenoid is inside the gearbox according to what they are saying.
2) The other solution is to replace the gearbox with a used working one. the cost for this is too high ( around $ 2700 )
--------------------
I don't like both solution they left me with, and I believe there should be another way to solve this problem.
Would you please help me out on this?
any ideas?
did this problem happen to anyone before?
how to solve it?
many thanks in advance

You should bring it to a honda dealership they may be able to replace just the solenoid if it is on the outside of the tramsmission. It's worked for me before, you may also get the same response from them though.
We have plenty solenoids in stock, let us know if you need any help! You can also call us and ask to speak to a tech. Any of your transmission needs can be met.
